About the traineeship:
As a Marketing Trainee, you will provide vital support across our digital and physical branding efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Social Media Management: Assist in handling the company’s profiles on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram pages.
- Content Creation: Develop small-scale digital content and basic designs for social networks.
- IEC Material Development: Support the creation of IEC materials, including posters, pamphlets, brochures, stickers, and flyers.
- Merchandising Support: Assist in the production of point-of-sale materials such as danglers, stickers, and other merchandising tools.
- Digital Presence: Provide support for the company website and online platforms.
- Operational Support: Assist the supervisor with need-based tasks and administrative duties as required.
We are looking for:
- Education: Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business studies (BBS) or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Basic knowledge of design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) and a strong grasp of social media platforms will be highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Duty Station: Head Office, Kathmandu, Nepal.
