Job Summary
The Junior Officer – Sales is responsible for driving product sales, ensuring timely distribution, and maintaining a responsive supply chain across CRS Healthcare’s product portfolio. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing promotional activities, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and ensuring optimal product availability while minimizing expiry risks throughout the supply chain. Also, the role supports financial collections, market forecasting, and consumer engagement initiatives.
The role is also responsible for supervising Sales Promoters under her/him and ensuring that they are performing their tasks well.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the sales and distribution of FMCG, or maternal child health, or other health commodities.

2. Job Title: Promoter – Sales

Job Summary
The position is accountable for generating demand for family planning and health products by promoting and ensuring supply in a definite geographical area.
The role will work towards maximizing the reach of CRSH products through coordinating with distributors, coverage of traditional and non-traditional outlets, distribution and re-supply, and supporting and conducting promotional activities. The role is also responsible for supervising Sales Promoters under her/him and ensuring that they are performing their tasks well.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: +2 completed in any discipline
- Preferred / Additional Qualification: Training in the Art of Selling
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in sales and distribution
- Preferred/ Additional Experience: 2 years of experience selling, distributing, and marketing FMCG and Medical products
